PILATES      
Pilates emphasizes proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment, and acute body awareness to lengthen and strengthen muscles and develop the core muscle groups.  The focus is all over muscle balance and conditioning to prevent injury and promote flexibility.  Originally developed to rehabilitate injuries, Pilates has become one of the most in demand classes in the fitness industry.


BODY SCULPT

Body Sculpt class utilizes light weights as well as calisthenic and isometric exercises to tone, define and strengthen all muscle groups.  Body Sculpt classes are very popular with people that have sedentary jobs to gain back muscle tone and strength.  Class begins and ends with a thorough stretch.  Dyna-bands or small weights can be used for this class.


ABS & BACK
Abs & Back class help create a stronger, balanced core through abdominal work and upper and lower back exercises.  A strong back and abdominal muscles are instrumental in preventing back injury and assisting in correct posture.  This class also includes a stretch segment in the beginning and end of class. Dyna-bands are used in this class and will be provided by Wellness to the Corp.


STRETCH

Stretch class takes participants through basic, yet deep stretches to relieve muscle tightness and soreness as well as prevent injury.  Always a favorite with participants, everyone loves a good stretch!
